Adten: Drinking a whole glass of alcohol in once
AVG'tje: Dinner with potatoes, meat and vegetables
Blokken: Learning hard for exams
Braakje leggen: Throwing up
BVO: Beer on-the-go
Feut: First-year member of a student society
Jasje dasje: Semi-official clothing, consist sportsjacket, tie and jeans
Knor: Somebody who doesn't know the rules in a student society and is therefore an outsider. Knor means Knows Not Our Rules
Sjaars: First-year student
Soggen: Doing everything not to study
Steffen: Playing the game 'Stef Stuntpiloot', a childrens game which students transformed into a drinking game.
Stufi: Monthly loan students get at the end of the month
Thuisthuis: Hometown, where the parents live
UB: Abbreviation for University Library
